I’m a Senior Software Engineer with 8+ years of experience on Android. I grew up in Italy and have been living in Barcelona since 2022, drawn here by a good job opportunity and the amazing lifestyle that the city offers.

This isn’t a real company change. I joined the Order Tracking team that reports directly to Delivery Hero, the holding company of Glovo. We built from scratch a new order tracking experience in the form of an SDK that is being integrated in all the seven food delivery apps owned by DH.
Senior Software Engineer at Glovo

I joined Glovo as Software Engineer in the Shopping Experience team. I contributed to modernize the codebase, add mobile observability and implement new features.
Later I switched to Store Wall team. Here I led a project to completely rebuild the store feed screen in Jetpack Compose and using Backend Driven UI. This is one of the projects I’m most proud of. I also wrote an article on the Glovo tech blog about it.
In 2024 I was promoted to Senior Software Engineer.

I also opened a Substack to share my thoughts. The idea is using this space for the pure pleasure of writing about any topic, with no (or minimal) AI support.
I wrote a data-driven analysis on personal CO₂ emissions on Medium, but I plan to centralize all in Substack.
